A heartfelt thanks to you for making time to read Wellness Matters - whether as a subscriber or through social media sites, the feedback you give is all the motivation I need. It's never easy putting oneself in the public domain, but if my experiences, insights and learning can offer some level of comfort or inspiration, then I'm succeeding.
2022 has been an extraordinary year for us all, with hopes and fears realised or dashed, and all we can really do is focus on health and wellbeing, support the more vulnerable members of our communities and begin each day with gratitude and kindness in our hearts.
Have as Happy a Christmas as you can, take time to reflect, pause, listen, learn and look forward to each new day. I never make resolutions but I do encourage you to take one small step at a time, find and focus on your purpose and stay connected.
